Roadmap
Altai is committed to a product roadmap that incorporates feedback from internal and external resources. Our roadmap approach focuses on weighted factors such as customer experience and productivity.
Customer Support
The Altai Support Team takes care of you after the initial launch. We work with you to resolve issues that arise and provide portals for you to communicate directly with people from Altai and other organization/peer users. Our resource site includes webinar and training recordings, documentation, and additional resources.
Upgrades
Our out-of-the-box product upgrades are included at no additional charge. We strive to keep all client’s customization free, ensuring that all client upgrades are included within their existing licensing fees. Altai plans upgrades that fit your schedule.
