Partner/Executive Chief Technical Architect
Mike Frye has worked in the D.C. area for over 20 years in the technology and nonprofit space. Mike’s former company, Signature Systems was the seventh largest Microsoft Dynamics integrator in the world and a four time Microsoft Inner Circle member. In 1998, Mike’s team was iMIS reseller of the year. With a deep understanding of Business Technology, financial systems and Association Management Systems (AMS) Mike and Jon Martin started Altai in 2008. Mike leads the technical teams at Altai and is the Chief Technical Architect. He is also the Chief Keep it Simple (KISS) enforcer. For fun, Mike likes to Scuba dive and in the summer, ride his jet skis like he stole them.
Jon Martin has worked in the technology and non-profit space since graduating from Florida State with a degree in Computer Science in 1988. Currently, Jon works with the business development team on enterprise accounts and leads Altai’s project implementation teams. Jon is the chief architect of our Altai Credentialing Solution. Over the last 8 years, Jon has lead Altai’s largest projects down the path to success. Before Altai, Jon was a seasoned Siebel AMS and Microsoft CRM consultant and Practice Manager. Altai is Jon’s second business startup, and he enjoys the challenges of building a successful business. In his free time, Jon is an avid tennis player, part time golfer, loves music, baseball and coaching sports.
Gary joined Altai Systems in August 2015 as our Director of Sales Operations. In this role, he works closely with leadership, sales, and the consulting team in building processes to better streamline and support our prospects and customers during and after the sales process. He is committed to ensuring a successful partnership while advancing our customers’ business goals. His priority is to continue to grow our CRM/AMS practice through the understanding of our clients’ organizational missions, visions and strategic plans. In his free time, Gary is an accomplished equestrian who, with his wife, operates a Thoroughbred Rescue.
Chief Delivery Officer
Jeff is responsible for the overall implementation methodology and project management oversight of all projects delivered by Altai Systems. He works with client executive leadership, Altai Systems leadership, project managers and consultants to prepare for, execute and deliver successful implementations for our clients. His priority is solving business problems and establishing long lasting relationships with our clients by understanding of our clients’ organizational missions, visions and strategic plans.
