Time & Billing was written for consulting firms that bill for their time and manage Projects. Time & Billing adds Projects, Billing Milestones, Tasks and Project time entries to MSCRM. Tasks are interfaced with the CRM calendar and the group scheduling is enabled. To keep billing consistent, the system has a MSProject interface and is designed to import Microsoft Projects directly into the billing and time tracking modules.
Project Billing Milestones
Milestones control the billing of the project. The milestones can be billed as Fixed Fee, T&M or Not to Exceed(NTE).
Project Tasks
Project tasks are used to control the time entries. Tasks control how the time is billed, how it rolls up in the project plan and how the time is entered into the calendar and outlook.
