Social Engagement Now with LinkedIn and YouTube

An often underutilized tool offered exclusively to users of Altai and Microsoft Dynamics® 365 users is Microsoft Social Engagement.  Microsoft Social Engagement is a social media monitoring tool that helps organizations analyze social media data to identify emerging trends in people’s comments, regardless of whether those comments are neutral, positive, or negative. The opportunities for organizations to measure members, potential members and other stakeholders’ engagement can help in strategic planning, event management and more!

In addition to Social Engagement’s current listening capabilities, as of the last update of the Social Engagement tool, new searches can now be made on LinkedIn and YouTube. Organizations now have the opportunity to search for all posts and comments on their own LinkedIn Organization Pages, also known as LinkedIn Company Pages. Any LinkedIn Organization Pages administered by authorized users can be added as social profiles in Social Engagement. 

Likewise, Social Engagement extended its listening capabilities and is now capable of acquiring video posts and comments on YouTube channels. Any user with permission to create search rules can create YouTube rules under any search topic and add YouTube channels from which to gather posts and comments.
