Altai School Board Association Management (“SBAM”) solution is based on our Altai Membership application. In addition to having all the features and functionality of Altai Membership and Microsoft CRM, SBAM provides specific functionality focused on the needs of School Board Associations. You can track and manage all the interactions you have with your schools and their key personal. You can setup, manage and track positions and maintain a history of elections at the districts. Use the Member portal, you can extend the system to your districts so that they can maintain and update their data and interact with your organization. - Membership management for Districts, Organizations and individuals - You can setup and maintain different membership and account types for members, affiliates, vendors, non-members, etc… The system allows you to setup your own types and manage them.
- District Information management – Maintain and keep your districts “year to year” information. i.e. operating budgets, average daily attendance, etc…. This information can be entered into the system or imported.
- Position Management – Enables you to track and manage the position history of your School Superintendants, Superintendant Secretaries, Board Members, Key Personal, etc… Maintain a complete history of “who held what position, when and where”. · Configurable program and membership list management – District membership, publication/subscriptions, committees, local and national members, etc… You can create and manage any lists or groups as you need.
- Configurable dues billing – setup and maintain your dues billing process in the system for both new members and dues bill renewals.
- Quote, Sales Order, Invoice and Receipts Processing – Manage your members sales orders, dues bill, event registrations and payments
- Events and meeting management – Setup and manage your events and registrations. Using the on-line web portal, members and non-members can register for meetings and events.
- Awards and nomination management – Provides the ability to manage your awards and nomination processes.
- Certification and CEU Management – You can setup and manage your certification and CEU processes in the system as well as award CEU’s from your events based on attendance.
- Relationship tracking – “who knows who” – You can create relationships between members who know each other, external relationship that the districts may have (i.e. School District and their Law Firm, Accounting firm, etc…) and legislative relationship (i.e. who know a representative, senator, etc…)
- Diverse campaign management capabilities – This is standard CRM functionality that enables you to setup campaigns for items such as dues bill reminders, event invites, fundraising, etc…
- Workflow automation and management - This is standard CRM functionality that enables you to setup workflows and automate processes in the system.
- Powerful querying capabilities across modules - This is standard CRM functionality that enables you to access your data based on simple to complex data queries.
- Flexible and extensive reporting capabilities – The solution provides multiple reporting options including standard “out of the box” reports, the ability for and end-user to create simple reports in CRM, the ability to export data into Microsoft Excel creating either static or dynamic worksheet reports; and the ability to use SQL Reporting Services to create customized reports. The ability to “get at” and access your data is virtually unlimited.
