Since our name and personal reputation is on each deal, we don’t give up until the job results in a reference letter.

Our pricing is fair! We have almost no overhead. In the past the Altai partners worked for companies with nice marble countered offices, cool looking elevators, lobbies that can host a fashion shoot, coffee machines that were both expensive and incomprehensible, training rooms with dozens of expensive underutilized training computers and sales folks under tremendous pressure to get you to pay for that. No more. We don’t have that and we don’t want that, and in this economy, you don’t either.
We have reference letters to prove to you that we have been around for a long time and leave a wake of good client and partner relationships.
How do we perform our job?
(We have a very formal methodology and it eats reams of paper when printed, but lets try simple here)
First step, we take the time to understand you, your job, your headaches, your daily work, your wins and your failures. We certainly cannot provide solutions without understanding your needs.
Simplify the “deal” (KISS):
After doing this for many years, we have learned that simplicity wins and complexity keeps us from getting reference letters, going on vacations and playing with our children. We have very deep experience. We have very deep knowledge, also a big desire to avoid “cool” looking brochures that can reflect the sun and demos that will blow your socks off, but made with smoke and mirrors. We don’t use sledge hammers for nails and we don’t expect you to learn systems that takes us years to fully understand.
Plan and Prepare:
We prepare and document strategies that define how the team will win. Guess what? You’re on the team. You will depend on us and we will depend on you to make CRM/xRM a success. We produce documentation and a plan that states what we are going to do and how long it should take. This is our “bid”
Someone from your organization will ask us to make CRM “do it like the old system” If we think this will be expensive to produce and expensive to upgrade, we will push back. Don’t’ worry we know how to say yes and how to say “you don’t want to do that!”
Once we have a plan, we stick to it. We will finish some items ahead of schedule and maybe a few will be behind, but there won’t be any surprises. We will ask you to do your part also because we have important questions to ask a need your opinion along the way. We use an agile methodology. This simply means we will be showing you software and asking for your opinion during the entire course of the project. There won’t be many surprises or misunderstandings during go live.
Train, Train, Train
Go live and be there when you need us.
Yes, we will be there when you need us, but our goal (and yours) is to wean you from us and visa-versa. We will be there fast when something goes wrong, and we would like to be there for the Christmas party, but don’t worry, you won’t get sick of seeing us there or us wearing out the check printer at your office.
About four months after you go-live you will have a fantastic understanding of CRM and what it can and cannot do. This is a great time to discuss next steps, fix any bad habits and take the time to bring the next wave of efficiency to your operations.
